The Africa Youth Leadership Forum (AYLF) is a pan-African initiative that identifies, unites, and develops young leaders of integrity who embody the leadership principles that Jesus taught. AYLF provides a platform for emerging leaders to build relationships across national, ethnic, religious, and political divides.

Founded in 2007 and inspired by the Prayer Breakfast movement, AYLF has grown from a small gathering in Kenya to a continent-wide network with active chapters in over 25 African countries. The forum brings together young leaders from government, business, civil society, media, and faith communities.

Through leadership forums, mentorship programs, and community service initiatives, AYLF equips young Africans with the character, skills, and networks needed to address the continent’s most pressing challenges with integrity and vision.
